![]() ![]() This is the case here, the code was claimed quite awhile ago to another account and the name on that account does not match this one. ![]() So we are left to look at where was the 16 digit key claimed to a account and converted into a 26 digit key. There just isn't a way to determine an original owner in that sense. Diablo has been around for a long time now, so these keys can have been re-sold, traded, gifted, etc. I took a look and it appears that these keys where claimed to another account about 7 years ago in 2011. I'm sorry to hear about your problem with the CD keys, I know it can be frustrating for sure. ![]() Likely just a disconnect that caused the original issue which should resolve itself in time.My name is Gordon and I am a Supervisor at Blizzard Entertainment. That said I do hope this info helps and I’m glad there isn’t any current restriction in place. This does mean if any users on the network cause a temporary restriction, the account holder is held responsible. Please also keep in mind that the account holder is held responsible for any shared users. As other players mentioned in this thread the use of this many accounts from a single user may cause temporary restrictions in some cases. ![]() Outside of that, please keep in mind that the current setup is unsupported. The best thing to do is power cycle the network and wait for the servers to kick the account offline. It can take some time for the servers to kick the account offline after a disconnect happens. The most common cause for the “Key in use” error is a network disconnect. I don’t see any temp restrictions from the account you’re contacting from. ![]()
